3. Credits & Payments
Tanklytics.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time with prior notice. Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred. Unused credits expire if your account remains inactive for more than 12 months.

5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the platform in any way, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the AI models, automating queries to scrape data in bulk, using the platform to spread misinformation, or sharing account credentials with others. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without a refund of remaining credits.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Tanklytics.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
